1. SCOPE OF SERVICE

Social Media Management Package Includes:

• Strategic content planning and posting as per the agreed package

• Defined number of creative designs and reels per month based on chosen plan

• Basic promotional reach/engagement advertisements for brand promotion

• Social media strategy and account management

Important Note: The SMM package is a comprehensive social media management service, not a standalone creative design service.

…requires paid Meta advertising campaigns.
There is no guarantee of organic growth, and we do not promise organic results.

Ad Budget is Separate From Our Service Fees

Our package fee covers strategy, management, creatives, and execution, but ad spend is always separate and must be paid directly for campaigns based on your requirements.

How We Operate Ad Campaigns

To ensure smoother optimization, faster approvals, and accurate tracking:

All campaigns are run through ICONIX’s proprietary ad accounts.
We do not operate ads through the client’s ad accounts.

This system allows:

• Cleaner optimization history

• Reliable data tracking

• Stable performance

Optional Campaign Types (Ad Spend Required)

Depending on your needs, we can run:

• Branding & reach campaigns

• Engagement campaigns

Each of these requires separate campaign budgets as per the scale and objective.

4. CREATIVE DESIGN & REVISION POLICY

Revision Structure:

• Each post design/reel includes one (1) complimentary revision

• Additional revisions beyond the first: ₹500–₹2000 per revision

• Once finalized and approved, further modifications are treated as new design requests

Post-Approval Changes:​

• Initial designs include watermark (removed upon final approval)

• Rejected designs remain ICONIX property unless separately purchased at standard rates

5. COMMITMENT, PAYMENT STRUCTURE & CANCELLATION POLICY

Minimum Commitment: 6 months mandatory for all SMM packages

Commercial Payment Structure:

• Advance Payment: One (1) month fees required in advance to commence services

• Retainer Amount: Additional one (1) month fees held as retainer/security deposit

• Total Initial Payment: Equivalent to 2 months' service fees before project initiation

Cancellation & Discontinuation Process:

• Notice Period: Minimum 2 months prior written notice required for service discontinuation

• Retainer Adjustment: The retainer amount will be adjusted against the final month's billing

• Final Settlement: Any outstanding amounts including GST and additional services must be settled as per final invoice

Early Termination Consequences (Before 6 Months):

• All delivered creative designs and reels will be billed separately at standard rates:

  • Static designs: ₹2000 each

  • Reels: ₹3000 each

• Costs will be calculated and adjusted in the final settlement

• Retainer amount will be used toward settlement of outstanding dues

Service Continuity: Post initial setup, SMM operates on a month-to-month basis with monthly advance payments.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT PROTECTION

Usage Rights:

• Creative designs/reels are strictly for social media use within the agreed service period

• Unauthorized continued use after service cancellation constitutes copyright violation

• Legal action may be pursued for copyright infringement

Design Ownership:

• ICONIX retains ownership of all rejected designs

• Client usage of rejected designs requires separate payment at standard rates

7. STANDALONE CREATIVE DESIGN SERVICES

For clients requiring only creative design support (without SMM services):

• Separate creative package available

• Starting at ₹20,000 per month for 12 designs

• Does not include social media management or strategy

Additional Designs Beyond Package Allocation:

• Static designs: ₹2000 each

• Reels: ₹3000 each

8. PAYMENT TERMS, COMMERCIAL STRUCTURE & DELIVERABLES

To maintain quality, stability and meaningful results, we follow a structured engagement process:

• 1. One-Month Retainer (Fully Adjustable)

• Our billing system works on a quarterly advance payment model.
  Apart from the quarterly fee, we also require a one-month retainer which is kept as a security deposit and adjusted against your final month with us. This ensures continuity, secures our dedicated resources, and maintains long-term planning stability

• 2. 60-Day Exit Notice

• If the client intends to discontinue service, a minimum 60-day prior notice is mandatory.
  This allows us to:

• Complete all ongoing campaigns

• Transition accounts smoothly

• Protect the work pipeline

• Avoid unnecessary disruption to team members assigned to your brand

• 3. Why This Policy Exists

• Quality SMM requires planning, strategy, content cycles, and consistency.
  When clients suddenly stop without notice, the loss is not just monetary — it disrupts:

• Content production

• Scheduling

• Campaign strategy

• Dedicated team workload

• Internal planning

• We cannot hire and fire professionals abruptly because of a client’s sudden exit .Stability is essential for quality output.

Client Responsibilities:

• Provide all necessary visual assets (images, videos, brand elements) on time

• Submit approvals within agreed timelines

• Delays in materials/approvals directly impact monthly deliverable count

• Maintain realistic expectations aligned with social media marketing timelines

Delivery Policy:

• Monthly cycle is calendar-based (e.g., April 1st–30th)

• Mid-month starters follow prorated cycle (e.g., April 7th–May 6th)

• Due posts will NOT be carried forward to next month

• ICONIX is not responsible for incomplete deliverables due to client delays or unrealistic expectation-driven changes

9. LEGAL COMPLIANCE, EXPECTATIONS & JURISDICTION

Client Suitability:

• Clients must have realistic expectations about social media marketing timelines and processes

• Understanding that sustainable business growth through social media requires patience and consistency

• Acknowledgment that social media success is a gradual process, not an overnight transformation

Agreement Terms:

• Subscription to ICONIX SMM services constitutes agreement to these comprehensive terms

• ICONIX reserves the right to modify terms with 30 days prior client notification

• All disputes subject to Kolkata, West Bengal jurisdiction

Our guarantee is professional service delivery, strategic consistency, and adherence to best practices.

GST Compliance: GST applicable over and above all mentioned charges as per prevailing tax regulations.
