Social Media Management (SMM) & its related creative design service  Terms and Conditions​

​1. Scope of Service

 

The Social Media Management (SMM) package includes strategic content planning, posting, and engagement as per the agreed package.

 

The SMM package includes a defined number of creative designs and reels per month, as per the chosen plan.

 

The package is not a standalone creative design service; it is intended for social media strategy and management.

 

2. Creative Design & Revisions Policy

 

Each post design/reel includes only one revision. Any additional revision beyond this will be chargeable at ₹500–₹2000 per revision.

 

Once a design is finalized and approved, any further modifications will be treated as a new design request and billed separately at ₹2000 per static design and ₹3000 per reel.

 

Initial designs will include a watermark, which will only be removed after final approval.

 

Rejected designs remain the property of ICONIX and cannot be used by the client unless paid for separately at standard rates.

 

3. Commitment & Cancellation Policy

 

Clients opting for the SMM package must commit to a minimum of 3 months.

 

If the client discontinues the SMM service before completing 3 months, the total number of delivered creative designs and reels will be billed separately at standard rates (₹2000 per post, ₹3000 per reel), even if part of the SMM package.

 

SMM is a month-on-month service, and clients must pay the next month’s invoice in advance.

 

4. Protection Against Misuse

 

Any creative design or reel made under the SMM package is strictly for social media use within the agreed timeframe.

 

If a client cancels the SMM package but continues using previously made designs without ICONIX’s permission, it will be considered a copyright violation, and legal action may be pursued.

 

ICONIX retains ownership of all rejected designs, and clients cannot use them unless separately paid for.

 

5. Additional Services & Charges

 

Clients who require only creative design support (without SMM services) must opt for a separate package starting at ₹20,000 per month for 12 designs. 

 

Any additional creative design or reel beyond the allotted number in the package will be charged at ₹2000 per design and ₹3000 per reel.

 

6. Payment, Deliverables & Responsibility

 

Payment for the SMM package must be made in advance at the start of each month.

 

Any additional creative requests outside the package will be billed separately and must be cleared before delivery.

 

In case of early termination of the SMM package, the cost of all delivered designs will be adjusted in the final invoice.

 

Clients must provide all necessary visual assets (images, videos, and brand elements) on time. Any delays in submitting required materials or approving creatives will directly impact the number of posts delivered within the calendar month.

 

Due posts will not be carried forward to the next month. If the client fails to provide visuals or approvals in time, ICONIX will not be responsible for incomplete deliverables.

 

The monthly cycle is calendar-based (e.g., April 1st–30th) unless a client starts mid-month, in which case it will follow a prorated cycle (e.g., April 7th–May 6th).

 

7. Enforcement & Legal Compliance

 

By subscribing to ICONIX’s SMM services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

 

ICONIX reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with prior notification to clients.

 

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal.
